Terms of Service
Last updated: 25 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Argonix platform, websites and services (the "Services"), operated by Volpe SAS ("Argonix", "we", "us"). By creating an account, deploying a self-hosted edition, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
Argonix provides an autonomous AI operations agent ("Argos") together with monitoring, security, FinOps and related capabilities. The Services are offered as a hosted Cloud subscription (we operate it in the EU), a self-hosted Enterprise licence (you run it in your own infrastructure), and a free self-hosted Community edition (offered subject to availability). We may add, change or discontinue features over time.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Services only in compliance with applicable law.
3. Subscriptions, fees & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the applicable period. The Cloud plan starts from €500/month; Enterprise is priced by agreement. Fees exclude applicable taxes (e.g. VAT). Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Trials & early access
We may offer free trials or early-access programs (including the Community edition). These are provided "as is", may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and may be subject to additional terms communicated to you.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Services unlawfully or to harm others; (b) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer (except as permitted by law), or gain unauthorised access to the Services; (c) run security testing or automated actions against systems you are not authorised to operate; or (d) resell the Services without our written consent. You are responsible for the systems you connect and the actions you authorise Argos to take.
6. Your data & connected systems
You retain all rights to the data and systems you connect to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited rights needed to process Customer Data to provide and support the Services. For self-hosted (Community/Enterprise) deployments, Customer Data and operational telemetry remain in your infrastructure and are not transmitted to us. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement.
7. AI features & automation
Argos can act autonomously, including running write/remediation actions where you enable them. You are responsible for configuring appropriate approval controls (e.g. discussion vs. remediation mode) and for the outcomes of actions you authorise. If you use your own LLM provider or a local model, your use is also subject to that provider's terms. We do not use Customer Data to train foundation models.
8. Third-party services
The Services integrate with third-party products (connectors) at your direction. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, software and documentation are owned by Argonix and its licensors and are protected by law. Self-hosted editions are licensed, not sold, subject to the applicable licence terms. Except for the rights expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.
10. Warranties & disclaimers
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argonix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Argonix harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Term & termination
These Terms apply while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g. by email or in-product). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
